General Principles

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vv44 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and vv44.

By accessing the vv44 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

vv44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services at vv44, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must not have been previously banned from vv44 or had an account terminated for any reason.

If you do not meet the eligibility conditions stated above and use the platform regardless, vv44 reserves the right to immediately close your account and forfeit any deposited funds.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Rules

Each user may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of platform rules and all accounts may be closed.

• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• If your personal information changes, please contact us to have it updated.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vv44 may request valid documents to verify your identity, such as:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed if the verification process is not completed. vv44 conducts this process in the interest of fair play and fraud prevention.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at vv44:

• Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

Deposit requests are generally processed within a few minutes. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited — the account must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account's KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vv44 offers a special welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirements must be met:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn as winnings after the wagering requirements have been met.
• vv44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or manipulation is suspected.
• Bonus terms may change — check the promotions page for the latest information.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on vv44 will be governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The applicable market rules for placing bets on any sport, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, are determined separately for each event.
• Bets lost due to technical errors or connection interruptions are not eligible for compensation.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts in sports betting are set and may change from time to time.
• Rules for casino games (slots, live casino) are determined according to the guidelines of the respective game provider.

6.1 Result Disputes

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vv44 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or AI tools.
• Stealing another member's account credentials or gaining unauthorized access.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Harassing or abusing other members.
• Attempting to hack the game or betting system or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 vv44's Rights

vv44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If false or inconsistent information is found in the details provided.
• If fraud, deception, or money laundering is suspected.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not provided within the specified time.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance, provided the closure is not due to a breach of these Terms.

Changes & Amendments

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published means you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
